Assumption Council received its charter on June 13, 1913.

We exemplify our basic principals of Charity, Unity and Fraternity in all of our works in the community.

We seek those that need assistance in a variety of ways and when we hear of someone in distress, we are quick to respond.

We are a part of the largest Catholic, family oriented organization in the world. Our membership now totals over 1.7 million men and over 14,000 councils.

Starting in May, you will be able to come to the council early and enjoy a home cooked dinner with your brother knights!!

Come to the council at 7:00PM, enjoy our lounge,each other's company and enjoy dinner. The cost is only a good will donation! A brief meeting follows!

Enjoying the lounge!

We meet twice monthly on the first and third Thursday. We begin promptly at 8:00PM and the meetings are not long which allows more time for fellowship.

We meet at St. Roch's Church located at 602 Port Richmond Ave.in the totally renovated rectory basement. We can seat up to 60 for a meeting and have a beautiful lounge area for fellowship before and after each meeting. If you haven't seen it, you should come out and give it a look
